The SIGIS Eligible Product List Committee has finished an extensive review of Eligible Product List Criteria category eligibility language with various industry and regulatory experts. Upon completion of that review, criteria clarification and example updates have been made to the Criteria in almost all categories. More significant criteria clarifications were made to: Fiber, Incontinence Devices, Breast Milk Coolers, Dry Mouth, Electrolytes/Oral Hydration Solutions and Baby Teethers. Additional new summary information was added around Manufacturer Kits, Merchant Bundles and Future Eligibility.

Existing list items will have their eligibility status updated by SIGIS based on any criteria change impact. Members may begin submitting new products based on the revised Criteria immediately. Changes will be included in the January 15, 2025 Eligible Product List.
