Coronavirus Update

In response to the Coronavirus pandemic the San Francisco Bay Area has been ordered to shelter in place and stay in their homes. SIGIS has systems in place that allow our help desk to function remotely. There should be minimal service disruption over the coming weeks, however we do ask for patience and understanding as we navigate these unusual times. We highly encourage those that have membership renewal payments due in the coming month to make those payments online at www.sig-is.org; there may be a delay in processing payments mailed by check.

The Members Area of the SIGIS website provides access to SIGIS Programs and other information developed for SIGIS Members. Access to the Members Area is limited to SIGIS Members.

Renew SIGIS Membership

To renew an existing SIGIS Membership you must log into the Members Area. For additional information, visit the Renewal page.

Discounts/Fees:

Incentive for Early Payment: All members will receive a $25.00 renewal fee discount if the membership renewal fee is paid before the due date. Tier IV members must pay online by credit card to receive the discount. For those Tier I – III members paying by check, the check must be received before the renewal fee due date.


Reinstatement Fee
: For all members, if receipt of the renewal membership fee is more than 65 days past the renewal due date, membership will be terminated. To reinstate a membership, a $50.00 reinstatement fee must be paid in addition to the standard applicable fee for the Membership Tier.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Payment Reprocessing Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for the reprocessing of payments.

Member Request User ID and Password

If you work for a SIGIS Member and would like to request access to the Members Area or have forgotten your password, please fill out the Password Request.

Member Request to Access the Eligible Product List

The SIGIS Members Area password will also allow Member access to the SIGIS Eligible Product List. Simply log in, enter your User ID and Password, and then click on Eligible Product List (EPL) link under the Eligible Product List section on the left (or right) side of the page.

Member inquiries about the Eligible Product List other than password requests can be sent to help@sig-is.org.
